Caitlin Clark Out With Another Injury! When Will the Beatings End?

When will WNBA top brass stop cheering on the physical assaults against Clark? At this point, it appears to be a conspiracy from top to bottom. Is it just jealousy or or is there more to this story?

Pure, unadulterated hate is what we are seeing in the WNBA. From the very first time Clark stepped foot on the court in her rookie year, she has been deliberately battered and beaten by almost every player in the league, in every game she has played. She has been referred to as “trash” and a “fucking white girl” by Brittney Griner. Although Griner denied saying it, the lip reading proves that she is not just a liar, but a racist as well. Griner has suffered no consequences of any significance for the slur, and it is clear that the majority of black players feel the same about Clark as Griner does.

Then, of course we have the recent, deliberate eye poke by Jacy Sheldon and the follow up body check from Marina Mabrey that happened as a result of Clark pushing Sheldon after the deliberate hand to the face and eye poke. At the very least, Mabrey should have been ejected from the game and fined, but the refs seem to have it in for Clark as well.

It is clear that Clark has a huge target on her back, and it isn’t just the black players doing it, it’s white ones too. All of this is jealousy on steroids, merely because the losers who have been playing in the league for years do not hold a candle to the talent Clark brings to the league as well as the viewership.

The WNBA has been a losing proposition for more than two decades and it is still operating at a loss. However, Clark, all on her own has managed to start filling stands on a regular basis. The kicker is, Clark fills stands even when she isn’t at her home court, which could be part of the jealousy issues we are seeing throughout the league.

But, is there a conspiracy to shut Clark out? Why are the refs ignoring obvious flagrant fouls against Clark? And attempting to smooth this over by telling everyone “this is just basketball” is bullshit! I have watched the NBA for years, and although the game can get physical and even confrontational at times, I have never seen anyone in the NBA targeted like Clark is being targeted.

Where the hell is WNBA Commissioner, Cathy Engelbert? Why the overwhelming silence on her part? Clark has given the WNBA a chance to finally move on to a bigger and better future. Is there a reason the WNBA wants to end the Caitlin Clark era? Is this some sort of twisted plot to stick with smaller and shittier things like losing money for another 20 years? What the hell is going on over there?

All of this lies right at the feet of Engelbert. It’s time to step up to the plate and call off the dogs!
