Chris Christie's Real Role in the 2024 Election is That of a Spoiler
He is the only one, out of the entire GOP field who does not discuss policy. His strategy to get into the White House is bashing Trump, 24/7.
Let’s face facts. Chris Christie has ZERO shot of getting into the Oval Office. Even turncoat, Mike Pence has a better shot at getting in than Christie, and that is saying something because it appears that Tucker Carlson ended Mike Pence’s political career, during and interview at the Presidential Primary Forum in Iowa last Thursday.
If you watch Christie during any interview or go out to Twitter and look at his posts, you will see a very clear, Trump bashing pattern that is consistent with Trump Derangement Syndrome. I know there are many politicians and pundits on both sides of the isle who make a lot of money from bashing Trump, and if Christie fails in his quest for the White House, he could always write a book called TDS For Dummies!
Case in point. During a recent interview on CNN’s State of the Union with Jake Tapper, he was asked to respond to comments Donald Trump made during a speech at the Turning Point Action Conference on Saturday night in West Palm Beach, Florida. Trump claimed that every time he is indicted by the democrats, marxists, communists and fascists, he wears it as a badge of honor, and that he does it for his followers. Chris Christie’s response was typical, Chris Christie.
He’s a liar and a coward. He’s indicted because of his outrageous conduct. There’s no other, of the 200 million Americans he spoke about, who illegally retained classified national secrets after being asked politely, quietly and professionally for 18 months to voluntarily turn them back over after he left the White House.
In this case, he was asked specifically about Trump, and of course he should respond regarding Trumps comments. But he knows damn well that Trump is being targeted by the democrat party, and instead of speaking against the DOJ, FBI and the rest of the Biden regime, he decides to throw the victim under the bus. Christie knows that Joe Biden was caught with massive amounts of confidential files at his home, illegally and yet he didn’t mention the huge double standard. He knows that the entire Biden family is guilty of accepting millions of dollars in bribes from foreign governments, and he mentioned none of it.
In another interview on Pierce Morgan Uncensored, he was asked who would win in a fight if Trump and him stepped into the octogon.
If you and Trump got in the ring, he loves his UFC and stuff like that, right? If you got in the octagon, you and him, who’d win? Come on.
In Christie’s response, he brought up Donald Trump’s age in his response.
The guy’s 78 years old, I’d kick his ass.
Christie could have been the adult in the room, stepped back and said something to the effect that he is not interested in fighting anyone. He could have said that this country is in horrible shape due to the current regime. Or, ‘hey Pierce, I want to talk about policy, not fist fights with a 78-year-old man.’ Instead, he boasts about being able to Kick Donald Trump’s ass.
Christie also spends a ton of his time on Twitter, bashing Trump. You can read through his posts for hours and you will see nothing regarding policy or the current state of affairs in our country. All you will see is his absolute obsession with Donald Trump. Below he posted that he has reached the donation threshold to reach the debate stage for this first GOP debate. And instead of stating that he wants to talk about policies, he said he is ready to stand up to Donald Trump.
Honestly, why even show up? I’ll tell you why he is going to show up. He is working on behalf of the democrat party. He has discussed no policy issues whatsoever, in any interview that I have seen. He has shared no posts on Twitter regarding his ideas and policies, and I will guarantee that the 40k individual donations he received are from people who only want him in this race as a spoiler.
His mission is to try to threaten, intimidate and destroy Trump. And I am almost certain he is doing so on behalf his good buddy Barak Obama and the rest of the democrat party. Imagine it…this guy claims to be part of the GOP, and instead of offering policies for a better tomorrow, which we could all use right now, this buffoon offers nothing but childish rhetoric and hyperbole aimed at the current GOP front runner, Donald Trump. I wonder if he’s getting paid for it.
