Could Laken Hope Riley's Murder Have Been Prevented if New York Wasn't a Sanctuary State? The Answer is Yes!
New York Sanctuary State Governor Kathy Hochul has blood on her hands in the murder of Laken Hope Riley at the University of GA!
There is no question that Kathy Hochul’s sanctuary state policies in New York led to this horrific attack on this young woman, who had such a promising life ahead of her as she was studying to be a nurse. Now, Laken Hope Riley is one on a growing list of unfortunate statistics.
New York State had the perpetrator that allegedly killed Laken Hope Riley on the campus of the University of Georgia. In September last year, Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal alien from Venezuela was arrested in New York City for harming a child and driving without a license. Of course, he was released back into society, with a slap on the wrist, just like the 3 thugs who attacked NYPD officers a few weeks ago. It was then that Ibarra made his way to Athens GA, where this alleged attack on Laken Hope Riley took place. Hochul and her policies are partially responsible.
They came here for a better life, they came here for a job, but our city and its resources are absolutely overwhelmed. We need a break. I’m working to get people jobs. They’re here, I’m going to make them work and get them jobs. But until then, we need some relief at the border.
Considering the overwhelming amount of crime that has been perpetrated by many of the illegals who were let into the country and subsequently into our state, I would say that not all of them are here for a better life. Yet Hochul, and others are rolling out the red carpet to welcome these law breakers with thousands of dollars in prepaid credit cards, room and board and plenty of food. All of it happening while many American citizens, including New Yorkers are barely surviving. New York wouldn’t need a break at all if Hochul didn’t invite these people here to begin with and pay for it with our tax money! In addition to that, Laken Hope Riley would still be with us today if Hochul had done her damn job in the first place.
What Hochul needs to do, is work on deporting these people, instead of working to get them jobs. There is no doubt that there will be other victims throughout the country, as many other states have adopted the same illegal policies that New York’s governor has. Shame on Kathy Hochul!
