Letitia James Has Set a New Standard with Trump's Civil Case. Which NY Businesses Will Be Next? Maybe Yours!
Surely, there has to be thousands of businesses in New York that fall under the same "Letitia James" Fraudulent Non-Fraud rules as Trump when they obtained financing. Could you be one of them?
To all New York business owners who have obtained financing over the life of your operation…prepare yourself. Letitia has opened Pandora’s Box with the Trump civil suit, and your business could be next. There has to be, literally thousands upon thousands of businesses that are going to be facing civil lawsuits that fall under the same rule that has been used to target Trump. But regardless of whether or not the actions of Letitia James are legal or not, if Trump is found guilty, the precedent will have been set, and you may have to face the music.
What kind of music are we talking about, you ask? For starters, if she happens to be campaigning again for New York AG, she may go to campaign rallies and scream into microphones about how she is going to target you and your business, just like she did Donald Trump. Just insert your name where you see the name, Donald Trump.
I say one name: Donald Trump. That should motivate you. Get off your ass and vote.
Oh, we’re going to definitely sue him. We’re going to be a real pain in the ass. He’s going to know my name personally.
Letitia James
During her campaign in 2018, she also vowed to “shine a bright light into every dark corner of his real estate dealings, demanding truthfulness at every turn.” It is logical to assume that if she is going to do this to Trump, she is going to come after you and “shine a bright light” into your business as well, looking for anything that can be manipulated or twisted into fraudulent non- fraud.
Once the civil suit has been filed against you, the judge presiding over the case will accuse you of being guilty of fraud before the trial even starts, much like Judge Engoron did. The judge will also issue a gag order against you and your family, but not the AG, just like they did with Trump. During the trial, they will call your bank as a witness, and even if your bank says they were not defrauded and the relationship they have with your business is excellent, the testimony of the bank will be ignored, and the show trial will continue with blinders on. You can also count on Letitia James being in attendance during the trial, glaring at you with nothing but hatred in her eyes.
And then there are the daily videos that Letitia James drops on social media, all to gain favor in the court public opinion. She will tell the world how well they are doing in the fraudulent non-fraud lawsuit against you and your business, making sure to tell everyone that you are guilty, even though the trial has not finished, and they have yet to find a single victim of this fraudulent non-fraud. If you have family members working for your business as Trump does, she will make sure to slander and defame them as well in these social media videos, again all to gain favor with the public. I would imagine she would be quite busy doing those videos every day, simply because there are thousands of businesses who may be involved in this fraudulent non-fraud activity where there are no victims.
Right about now, I’ll bet you’re thinking; “I should pack up my shit and get the hell out of New York before she comes to destroy my business and my family.” Not so fast, you fraudulent non-fraudster…just because you have decided to run away from New York, you will never be able to escape the long arm of Law-titia! As many are aware, New York is losing a significant portion of their tax base because people are sick of the THREE Ts…taxes, tyranny and terror of living in the state. And if the state is going to lose all that tax revenue, they have to make up for it somehow. So, go ahead and do what Kathy Hochul said and “head down to Florida where you belong and “get out of town.” Letitia will find you and sue you for the fraudulent, victimless non-fraudster that she claims you are!
Best of luck to all New York business owners who have obtained financing during the life of their business, and Merry Christmas!
