Merrick Garland...Building a Legacy of Unmatched Corruption for the Department of "Just Us."

As an American taxpayer, I demand that the DOJ start protecting the rights of ALL the people instead of protecting the democrat party from the consequences of its own criminal activity!

Under Merrick Garland’s iron fist, the Department of “Just Us” has become the legal protector of the democrat party. In other words, one party, democrat rule! That means, no matter what the crime is, if you’re a democrat, 99.9% of the time, you’re safe. The entire party can rig elections at the state and federal levels, with real evidence splattered all over the damn country, and no investigations will ensue. A married Congressman can carry on a sordid sexual affair with a Chinese spy and still have a seat on the Foreign Intelligence Committee without a word from the DOJ. A Secretary of State can have an illegal email server, conduct national business on it, all with top secret documents, then destroy evidence that was under subpoena…and walk away without even a slap on the wrist. Fraudulent evidence of Russian collusion in the 2016 election can be manufactured and then used in an attempt to destroy a sitting president, and those responsible can get away with it. A sitting, democrat vice president and his family can make millions of dollars in bribes, from foreign adversaries and there isn't even the mention of an investigation. Merrick Garland's Department of “Just Us” has been corrupted, completely.

This is not to say that corruption within the DOJ didn't exist prior to Garland's rule. Former AG, Eric Holder was an absolute radical who made no attempt to hide his disdain for his own country. His efforts to gut the 2nd Amendment by creating an illegal, southern border gun walking program is the stuff of legends for the left. His impeachment for lying to Congress about that program made him a folk hero to 80% of the DC swamp. And he certainly did his share of ignoring criminal activity for his friends. But all of it pales in comparison to the efforts of Merrick Garland.

Now we find out that top secret documents in Joe Bidens own personal office at the UPenn Biden Center in Washington DC were stored in an unsecured location. Additionally, it has been reported today, 1/12/23 that more classified documents have been found at Joe Biden’s home, in Delaware. Apparently, the documents were found in his garage, in a box, next to his Corvette. But Joe has nothing to worry about because he will be protected by Merrick Garland...at least for now. Today, Garland gave a statement that he has appointed special counsel, Robert Hur to investigate this matter.

Many in the liberal media are attempting to carry Biden’s water for him by stating that as president, he can have those classified documents, just like Trump had classified documents at Mar-A-Lago. That is actually not true. The documents Joe Biden possessed were from when he was Vice President. As VP, Joe Biden had no legal right to the documents and did not have the authority, as VP to declassify those documents. On the other hand, the documents Trump possessed at Mar-A-Lago were from his presidency and were declassified by Trump himself.

There are two possibilities as to why the corrupt DOJ is doing this now. The first one is that the media and the DOJ had to get out in front of this thing fast, especially after the raid at Trump’s Mar-A-Lago last summer over the same damn thing. I know that the left are a bunch of hypocrites but investigating Trump and not Biden for the same offenses would be over the top. And when it is all said and done, the DOJ and Special Counsel, Robert Hur will exonerate Joe Biden. The only way he won’t be exonerated is if Obama can be implicated in this scandal in any way, shape or form. In that case, Joe Biden will take the fall and be buried.

The second possibility is eliminating Joe Biden from the 2024 election before he makes his announcement. I believe this is more likely, the reason for these documents coming to light now. The truth is, democrats don’t want Joe Biden to run in 2024, because of his dementia. And they will use the DOJ and this top-secret documents scandal to eliminate him from the race. Hell, for all we know those documents could have been planted. Joe Biden struggled with dementia before the 2020 election, and because of that, the left had to cheat to get him over the finish line. In 2024, Biden’s condition will be 4 years worse than it was in 2020. It is impossible cheat at an election with a candidate who can’t wipe his own ass and doesn’t know what year it is. And even though Biden is a staunch commie-crat, the DOJ will have no qualms with taking him out now to pave the way for someone like Gavin Newsome. Mark my words…this is exactly what is happening.

I would just love to know what was in those documents…especially on Ukraine!
