Nancy Pelosi Claims States Can Ignore the Constitution and Make Up Their Own Rules Regarding Trump's Presidential Eligibility

Can you believe this horrible woman used to be the Speaker of the House? But this is liberalism today. They can say and do anything with impunity.

Let’s face it…Nancy sounded like she had 5 or 9 Before the interview. In reality, she has always sounded like that, even when she landed in Congress in 1987. It was her time as the Speaker of the House that she decided to have alcohol on demand inside the Capitol. That’s right, the Capitol catering company, Sodexo can now take your order for beer, wine or liquor. You have to pay with your own funds, or campaign funds.

Now, I’m not absolutely certain that she was two sheets to the wind. She certainly is older than dirt now and is probably losing her marbles every day. But when you add senility to all the alcohol she has consumed over the years, (and still does) you are bound to hear some really unadulterated, stupid shit that no one in Congress should ever say, even if they are a flaming liberal.

During her interview on “This Week” with George Stephanopoulos, he asked Pelosi if she felt that Trump was ineligible for re-election based on the 14th Amendment.

Stephanopoulos: You believe Trump is ineligible to be president?

Pelosi: Those laws, those are up to the state. They have different laws from state to state. I don’t think he should ever have been president.

Stephanopoulos: It’s the Constitution.

Pelosi: But none the less, there is a view of the Constitution, Article 14, section 3 that he should not be able to run for president. But that’s not the point now, the point is that again, different states have different laws. We don’t think in California that it applied in our state, that’s what the decision that was made. But anyway, not to go into that because that is very intricate. What is very clear is that the American people want us to honor our oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Can you believe that we have idiots like her running the federal government? She claims the American people want them to protect and defend the Constitution, while in the same damn breath, claims that the founding document can be superseded by state laws! All laws within the United States MUST BE CONSTITUTIONAL, unless those laws are not enumerated within the Constitution. In those cases, it is up to the states to decide. A great example of a non-enumerated law being sent back to the states, is Roe v Wade. The Constitution does not have anything written about the right to an abortion. Contrary to popular belief, the Supreme Court did not outlaw abortion last year when it ended Roe v Wade, they sent it back to the 50 states for those individual states to decide on the legality of abortion.

But this is liberalism today. They scream about protecting the Constitution when they’re in front of a camera, right after they get done trashing it in front of the same camera. Stephanopoulos was clearly stunned with Pelosi’s response, and I am pretty sure he was thinking to himself that she needs to stop saying the quiet part out loud. I am also certain that is why he really did not give any real push back…he is one of them!
