Corporate America Puts the DEI (Didn't Earn It) Industry into a Death Spiral
The dust bin of really bad, left-wing ideas is filling up, and "Didn't Earn It" initiatives are the latest to get dumped. Good riddance! But then again, there is always government.
Microsoft has announced that it is ending their woke, DEI “Didn’t Earn It” policy and has laid off (fired) their entire Didn’t Earn It team. The reason given was “changing business needs.” I’ll bet Microsoft just got tired of spending millions of dollars to hire a bunch of people, only to realize that the new hires barely had a pulse. I wonder how many employees, outside of their DEI department have been terminated for poor performance. I’m sure it is many.
Google, META and now even John Deere have either scaled back their DEI initiatives or ended them altogether. Again, the millions spent on hiring people based on skin color, sexual orientation or gender does not bode well for the bottom line, when the new hire shows up on the first day, kicks their feet up on the desk and takes a nap, believing that they are protected by their DEI “Didn’t Earn It” status. Oh, and the 6-firgure salary is pretty nice too.
I know the idea of corporate welfare has always been based on government, either bailing out large corporations, or lowering taxes on corporations. Well, DEI has brought new meaning to the idea of corporate welfare. Can we call DEI reverse corporate welfare? The hard truth is that if these initiatives really worked to bolster corporate bottom lines, they wouldn’t throw them away.
There is one industry in America where the Didn’t Earn It radicals can still prosper…and that is the industry of BIG government. We have seen glimpses of it within the past week. Director Cheatle of the very Secret Service, that was in charge of security at the Butler PA rally last weekend, where Donald Trump was nearly murdered by a 20-year-old local kid, was a DEI hire. Additionally, the young, female Secret Service agent who we have all seen on social media platforms, cowering instead of protecting Trump is another DEI hire. Clearly, neither one of these women belong in that position…at all. But the left will protect them as much as humanly possible.
This begs several questions…how many millions of dollars are taxpayers paying for Joe Biden’s Big Government “Didn’t Earn It” initiatives? Besides Kamala, Director Cheatle and that chicken-shit woman, how many have been hired due to race, sexual orientation, gender identity or other liberally protected status? Here’s a couple.

Yeah, big government is all in on the Didn’t Earn It initiatives. But look out when Trump takes the reins in January…DEI is going to disappear almost as fast as designer luggage at Sam Britton’s local airport.
