The United States Department of Justice is Now, Fully Weaponized and They're Not Even Hiding It!
At this point, Merrick Garland is no different from Lavrentiy Beria.
Persecute definition: To oppress or harass with ill-treatment, especially due to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or political beliefs.
Just like a target for a laser guided bomb, the Conservative movement in the United States has been “painted!” Merrick Garland is the one holding the laser, while federal law enforcement is hitting the targets. If you believe in Jesus and small/limited government you’re screwed! If you protest the 2020 election you’re screwed. If you protest the policies of your local school board, and the implementation of CRT, you’re screwed. The only thing standing in the way of Merrick Garland and his federal thugs not screwing you, is the midterm election. If that fails, then it falls upon the people to resist as much as possible.
My heart goes out to the Jan 6 political prisoners, the Pro-Life movement, Trump associates, and parents who protest at school-board meetings. These groups are being persecuted by an out-of-control DOJ. The targeting of these groups is just the beginning of what may become the entire middle class. And what do you think is the largest conservative voting block on the entire planet? You guessed it…the middle class. Whether you’re a republican, democrat or independent, set aside your political affiliations and look at this as a human being. Have you ever seen anything like this in our country? I am old enough to know that the DOJ and FBI have never, in the history of the United States, behaved in this manner. This draconian treatment of American citizens, by our government is unprecedented and it needs to stop immediately! The frightening part of this is that we have to wait for the results of an election to see if it even can be stopped because the current republican establishment either condones it or doesn’t have the stones to stand up to Merrick Garland.
Corruption within federal law enforcement has been SOP, since Obama was sworn into office in 2009. Since that day, federal law enforcement has moved from solving and prosecuting crime, to making it a crime for anyone who speaks out against leftist policies and the politicians who enact those policies. We are now referred to as domestic terrorists on a regular basis by federal law enforcement. Political elites on the left call us Trump supporting Nazis, and even Joe Biden referred to almost 80 million American citizens as enemies of the state. All of this for exercising our First Amendment right to speak against liberal policies that are hurting everyone, including brainwashed liberals themselves.
As government grows, freedom shrinks. When federal law enforcement grows and becomes an out of control, KGB style apparatus, freedom eventually becomes non-existent for everyone. Even the people at the top, many of whom are the creators of this evil behemoth are not immune. You either tow the line for the state, or you will be targeted by the enforcement arm of the state.
Victims of out of control government enforcers are many. The former Soviet Union has thousands, including Lavrentiy Beria. Beria served as Soviet Deputy Premier under Joseph Stalin, from 1941, until Stalin’s death in 1953. He is responsible for one of the most famous quotes in Soviet Union history.
Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.
Lavrentiy Beria
In the 1939 Soviet invasion of Poland, Beria led the purge, which was responsible for the extermination of over 22,000 Polish officers and officials. By all intents and purposes, Beria was a hardened communist, completing all tasks and making certain that the state came before the individual. In December 1953, shortly after Stalin’s death, he was executed for Treason by his own communist party. The propaganda that followed his death accused him of being a rapist and a serial killer, although no evidence of either was ever produced.
Let’s compare what we are seeing now to the Soviet Union under Stalin. The January 6th political prisoners are just one example. Many were arrested at gunpoint, while in their homes with family members present. They have been detained without charges being filed and without due process. Keep in mind that many were seen on camera at the Capitol grounds that day, but never went into the building. They were there, protesting what they saw as a stolen election.
Pam Hemphill is a 70 year old woman from Idaho who has breast cancer and is completely harmless to anyone. She has spent years helping people as a substance abuse counselor. She went into the Capitol that day, because she was let in by police. She did no damage to anything and she was seen on video, talking to police officers before she left peacefully. During the hearing, her attorney told her to plead guilty, assuring her that because of her age and cancer diagnosis, she would be given a short probation sentence. The judge decided to make an example out of this poor woman and sentenced her to 2 months in federal prison, all because of Merrick Garland and his DOJ.
There are others who have fallen to the same fate as Pam Hemphill. All they did was show up to protest. And regardless of whether or not they broke any laws, they are still supposed to be afforded their full civil rights and due process. Many sat in prison for well over a year before ever being charged with any crime, not only making them suffer in solitary confinement, but also making their families suffer emotionally and financially. Again, nothing like this has ever happened in the United States. And if this is our future, it is quite bleak.
